RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

This Returns and Refunds Policy applies to digital crochet pattern PDF files sold by PatternYarn through https://patternyarn.com.

Digital Products

PatternYarn sells digital crochet pattern PDF files only.

The products purchased from our store are digital content products. They are not physical items. No printed pattern, printed book, finished crochet item, yarn, hook, accessory, or any other physical product will be shipped.

Because our products are delivered digitally, physical returns do not apply. There is no return shipping address, no return shipping label, and no physical package to send back.

Digital Delivery

After your purchase is completed and your payment is approved, the digital PDF file will be delivered electronically.

Delivery may be made through a download link, order page, customer account, order confirmation email, or another digital access method provided by our system.

Please make sure that the email address you provide at checkout is correct and accessible. If you do not receive your download link, please check your spam, junk, promotions, or similar email folders first.

No Returns After Digital Delivery

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refund requests after the PDF file, download link, or digital content has been delivered or accessed.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:

- the product you are purchasing is a digital PDF crochet pattern file;
- no physical product will be shipped;
- access to the digital content may be provided immediately after payment approval;
- you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content; and
- once the digital content has been delivered or accessed, you lose the right to cancel, return, or request a refund, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

Download or Access Problems

If you cannot access your purchased PDF file, if the download link does not work, if the file cannot be opened, or if you experience any technical access issue, please contact us at info@peoplepark.app with your order number and the email address used during the purchase.

After receiving your request, we will review the issue. If the problem is caused by our system or by PatternYarn, we will resend the PDF file or download link, or help resolve the access issue.

A download or access problem does not automatically create a right to cancel or refund the order. Our primary solution is to make sure that you receive access to the digital product you purchased.

Wrong, Missing, or Defective Digital File

Please contact us immediately if:

- you receive the wrong PDF file;
- the PDF file is corrupted or cannot be opened;
- the file does not match the product you purchased; or
- there is another issue caused by PatternYarn.

If the issue is confirmed, we may resend the correct file, provide a working download link, resolve the technical problem, or take any other action required under applicable consumer protection laws.

Refunds

Refunds are not available for digital PDF crochet pattern files once the digital product has been delivered or accessed.

We do not issue refunds because:

- you changed your mind after purchase;
- you purchased the wrong item;
- you no longer want the pattern;
- you expected a physical product;
- you did not read the product description;
- you do not have the required crochet skill level;
- you used different yarn, hook size, materials, or techniques;
- your finished item does not look exactly like the product photos;
- you are unable to complete the pattern due to personal skill level or material differences.

This does not affect your statutory consumer rights if the digital product is defective due to a reason caused by PatternYarn or if mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for digital PDF crochet pattern files.

Because the products are digital and are delivered electronically, they cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered or accessed.

Order Cancellations

Orders for digital products are processed automatically or shortly after payment approval.

If the PDF file, download link, or digital content has already been delivered or accessed, the order cannot be cancelled.

Cancellation requests submitted before digital delivery or access is provided will be reviewed according to the technical status of the order.

European Union Customers

Customers in the European Union may generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases. However, for digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, this right may be lost once the digital content delivery has begun with the customer’s express consent and acknowledgement that they will lose the right of withdrawal.

By placing an order for a digital PDF crochet pattern file from PatternYarn, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the digital content has been delivered or accessed, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
