2. Scope
This Delivery and Refund Policy applies to digital crochet pattern PDF files sold by PatternYarn through https://patternyarn.com.
The products offered for sale are digital content products. The purchased products are not physical items. No printed book, printed pattern, finished crochet item, yarn, hook, accessory, or any other physical product will be shipped.
3. Digital Delivery
After the purchase is completed and the payment is approved, the purchased digital PDF file will be delivered to the Buyer electronically. Delivery may be made through a download link, order page, customer account, order confirmation email, or any similar digital access method provided by the system.
Since the products are delivered digitally, no physical shipping is carried out and no shipping fee is charged.
The Buyer is responsible for providing a correct and accessible email address during the purchase process. If the email address is entered incorrectly, if the email is delivered to the spam/junk folder, or if the Buyer experiences access problems due to their device, internet connection, or PDF viewing software, the Buyer may contact PatternYarn using the contact information provided in this Policy.
4. Download or Access Problems
If the Buyer cannot access the purchased PDF file, if the download link does not work, if the file cannot be opened, or if the Buyer experiences any technical access issue, the Buyer may contact PatternYarn at info@peoplepark.app with the order number and the email address used during the purchase.
After receiving the request, the necessary checks will be carried out. If the problem is caused by the system or by the Seller, the PDF file or download link will be resent to the Buyer, or the access issue will be resolved.
A download or access problem alone does not automatically create a right to cancel or refund the order. The primary solution is to resend the digital product to the Buyer or to resolve the access problem.
If the digital product cannot be delivered at all due to a reason caused by the Seller, or if delivery becomes impossible, the Buyer’s statutory consumer rights remain reserved.
5. Right of Withdrawal and Refund Conditions
The products offered for sale are digital crochet pattern PDF files, which are classified as digital content / intangible goods delivered electronically.
The Buyer acknowledges and agrees before completing the purchase that the product is digital content, that no physical product will be shipped, that access to the digital content will be provided after payment approval, and that the digital content may be delivered immediately after the order is completed.
By placing an order, the Buyer expressly consents to the immediate delivery of the digital content before the expiry of any withdrawal period and acknowledges that the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised after the digital content has been delivered or accessed.
After access to the PDF file, download link, or digital content has been provided, the Buyer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal, and refunds are not available due to the nature of the digital product.
This provision is based on the exception to the right of withdrawal under applicable distance sales and consumer protection legislation regarding services performed instantly in electronic form and intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer.
6. Incorrect, Missing, or Defective Digital Product
If the wrong file is delivered to the Buyer, if the file is technically corrupted, if the file does not match the purchased product, or if there is any similar defective performance caused by the Seller, the Buyer may request support by contacting info@peoplepark.app.
In such cases, depending on the nature of the issue, PatternYarn may resend the correct file, resolve the access problem, or take the necessary action in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
The Buyer’s statutory consumer rights remain reserved.
7. Order Cancellation
Since digital products are delivered automatically or shortly after payment approval, order cancellation is not possible after the PDF file or download link has been delivered or accessed.
Cancellation requests submitted before access to the digital content is provided will be reviewed according to the technical status of the order.
If digital delivery has already been completed, cancellation or refund is not possible, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
8. Usage License and Intellectual Property
Purchased digital crochet pattern PDF files are licensed for the Buyer’s personal use only.
The PDF file may not be copied, reproduced, shared, transferred to third parties, resold, published on digital platforms, or distributed for commercial purposes.
All design, text, visual, explanation, pattern, instruction, diagram, and digital file rights belong to PatternYarn and/or the relevant rights holders.
The purchase of a digital PDF file does not transfer any intellectual property rights to the Buyer. The Buyer only receives a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the purchased file for personal purposes.
